Corefocus TF has been approved by Microsoft as a Certified CRM cloud Product. This means that it has passed stringent Microsoft controls on code, functionality and compatibility . It is the first piece of Channel Island developed software to be available on Microsoft CRM online. It is available on a local cloud and on-premise.

Corefocus TF works from within CRM to give your team the tools they need on the road or in the office to react to client requests, control jobs and contracts, charge time and expenses and feed your billing process.

Corefocus TF allows you to track time, enter expenses and enter fees. You can also set budgets against jobs and measure actuals against budgets, Corefocus TF integrates with the CRM sales pipeline to provide enhanced opportunity/proposal management. This allows services to be meaningfully included in opportunities for revenue forecasting and on quotes sent to prospective clients.

Corefocus TF connects to the CRM customer service module to allow you to record time and expenses against contracts, jobs and cases. Corefocus TF also bridges the gap between the sales and service modules of CRM by allowing invoices to be raised against service contracts.

Corefocus TF billing preparation generates invoice data from services provided, miscellaneous expenses and fees. This can be combined with Microsoft’s comprehensive sales process for sales inventory that comes in Microsoft Dynamics® CRM as standard to allow a single billing system to cover all aspects of your business.

Analytics powered by Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) allow you to view and evaluate performance from an organization overview, employee utilization/profitability or job management perspective. CRM charts and dashboards allow you to visualize time, job and billing information right from CRM or Outlook.
