Microsoft Flow will improve our Workflow
With Dynamics 365 the new addition of Microsoft Flow should allow social networks like Twitter or Facebook direct messages to be inputed into CRM, allowing for a much greater level of automation as before, a package like Microsoft Social Engagement would have to be purchased to achieve the same level of automation. This means that Leads can be easily followed up on. In addition, customers who need support can have employees quickly assigned to them. Other social networks can also be set up such as Instagram, in addition Microsoft flow supports 108 web applications (a full list is available at https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/services/) allowing for massively complex processes to be made without a complex scripting language as was the case in the past.
A revamp to the searching tool in Dynamics 365 which allows for the service to be specific to categories which before it did not allow. The addition of wildcards into the searching bar has also made a massive improvement to the ability to search for items.
Since Microsoft has acquired ABStudios, there have been rumours about the future features of being able to create a portal. Which are now free with a Dynamics 365 License (Enterprise Plan 1) which allows for 1 free portal. This allows you to build an internal or external facing website, all with access to CRM’s information.
