New Website Features

Corefocus is pleased to announce two new features on our website.

 

  1. Support Page – Customers are now able to complete a support call using an online form. The form will enable the user to attach documents and automatically direct the query to the correct team (CRM, GP, RMS). The team will receive an e-mail notification once it has been submitted and be able to go back to the customer if they have any further questions.

 

  1. Live Chat – This functionality will enable a current or new customer to have a live chat rather than e-mailing or filling out forms. Any types of question can be asked on here be it from a quick “what screen is a customer setup in CRM” to “Do you know when the next release of CRM is due out?” The operators will endeavor to answer each call as quickly as possible, however, there may be times when this is not possible. At this point the calls will automatically create an e-mail and send that through to the support inbox.

 

You will still have the option to call in and ask these questions as well. We want to offer as many communication methods as possible for current and new customers to get there questions answered in a timely manner.
